Michael Jackson's attorney filed Jackson's will today in a Los Angeles Supreme Court. The late Super Star has appointed that his mother Katherine Jackson be legal guardian of his three children. In the event of Katherine's death Michael Jackson has asked that Diana Ross be legal guardian of his children.
The will did not mention his heirs ( Michael Jackson's Father or siblings) Will these left out parties contest the will, is the question dangling over today's proceedings.
